Worship Service
|
The Church meets for Worship each Sunday at 11:00 am from the second
Sunday in September to the second Sunday in June, and at 10:oo am from the
third Sunday in June to the first Sunday in September. There is
Fellowship Hour immediately after worship each Sunday in the Colonial
Room, which can be reached through the exit doors at the front of the
church.
Worship begins at 11AM starting September 9th 2007 through
June 8th 2008
Summer worship hours begin at 10 AM starting on June 15th -
August 31st 2008
The Sacraments |
The Lord's Supper is observed on the first Sunday of each month.
Special Celebrations are scheduled throughout the year. Among
these are Ash Wednesday, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, and
Christmas Eve services.
Flowers for the Sanctuary
Anyone who is interested in purchasing flowers that decorate the
Sanctuary during a worship service, whether in memory of someone or in
celebration of someone, may do so by calling the church office for more
information.
Holy Week
Palm Sunday, March 16, 2008 - Worship Service
at 11 am followed by the Annual Palm Sunday Luncheon in Murchison Hall
at 12:15 PM
Maundy Thursday, March 20 - Worship Service
with the Sacrament of Communion at 8 PM in the Sanctuary.
Good Friday, March 21 - Tenebrae Service at 8
PM in the Sanctuary.
Easter Sunday
"Sunrise" Service at 8 AM in Murchison Hall immediately followed by
Easter Sunday full breakfast
11 AM Service of the Resurrection with
Communion in the
Sanctuary.
